SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Only (United States)
We operate and ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to any other countries, territories, or jurisdictions.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer standard delivery for all orders shipped within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is generally 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at support@puphubstore.com.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your order status.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@puphubstore.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed and transferred to our shipping carrier, we will not be able to cancel the shipment. In this case, you will need to follow our Refund Policy upon receiving the item.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, Damages, and Risk of Loss
  • Taxes/Duties: Puphubstore is not responsible for local taxes or customs fees.
  • Damages/Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier. Please file claims directly with the carrier for damaged/lost items.
