  • Safe Usage: Customers are responsible for supervising their pets during product usage, following all supplied care instructions, and ensuring accessories are sized appropriately for their pet.

Section 3 – Order Placement & Acceptance

  • Offer to Purchase: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by Puphubstore. We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities on any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or unauthorized commercial resale.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because orders enter automated warehouse fulfillment promptly to maintain our delivery targets, cancellation or address modification requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order is transferred to a logistics carrier, it cannot be canceled and must be processed under our Refund Policy.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

  • Priority Dispatch & Damage Protection: Customers who purchase our optional $2.49 Insured Priority Dispatch & Damage Protection service receive expedited warehouse queuing and guaranteed coverage against transit damage, carrier loss, or doorstep theft, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
